Overview

Mentorship Skills are required by all people reporting to them and need to develop them. This can from an admin manager developing a receptionist to a Professional engineer developing a candidate engineer. Mentoring is a relationship between two individuals based on a mutual desire for development towards career goals and objectives. This is merely two examples, mentorship takes place in many different formats. The relationship is characterised by the focus on development and learning and growth of the mentee/the protégé. There are many techniques and approaches that help an individual develop others.  This course has been designed to equip mentors with a mentorship tool kit that will assist in the mentor- mentee relationship to become a productive and meaningful and relevant experience that helps facilitate achievement of career goals.
